You may use the service solely for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to transmit, store, distribute, or promote any content or activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards.
2. Prohibited Email Content
You may not send, attempt to send, or facilitate the sending of:
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, or adult material.
- Unsolicited bulk email (“spam”), including purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists.
- Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive messages.

b. Medium-Severity Violations

c. High-Severity Violations

3. Remediation Requirements
Depending on severity, remediation may include:
- Proof of opt-in consent
- Removal of non-compliant lists
- Implementation of authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Adjustments to sending practices or content
- Completion of a compliance review
4. Repeat Violations
Repeated violations—regardless of severity—may result in:
- Permanent suspension of sending capabilities
- Termination of the account
- Blacklisting of associated domains or IP addresses
5. Appeals
You may request a review of any enforcement action. Appeals must include:
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Evidence supporting compliance
- A remediation plan preventing recurrence
Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement.
6. Final Authority
The service reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes abuse and to take any enforcement action necessary to protect the platform, its users, and global email ecosystem integrity.
